If you have difficulties logging into your sessions, try these fixes

REMOVAL OF CACHE AND Clearing browser data

If your program session is not working correctly this may be due to cookies in your system. 

Access this through the 3 Dots in the top right of the screen.

To clear your browsing data follow the instructions in this video.

OPEN an INCOGNITO TAB and log in to the arrowsmith portal

If your program session is not working correctly try logging into your program through a Google Incognito Tab (also be accessed through the 3 Dots in the top right of the screen).

If you can't see your teams calendar or your general class to join a session

make sure you join the general channel through your Teams app. the web browser version provides limited access to share your screen/ window and grant control.

make sure you log into your A1 Student account. 

a common issue is where students are using a shared computer which is already logged into another microsoft account. If this is the case you must log out of this account before you log in using your a1 student account. 

NB: add your a1 account so you can easily swap between the profiles in TEAMS.
